The end customer gets to have the cottage, the land owner gets paid for the land, and Verity Smart LLP moves on to develop another cottage for another wishmaker!

Once you finalise a cottage with us, we share a payment plan with you that is alogned with your investment goals. We then start the development and construction of the chosen design while regularly updating you on the progress.
We deliver your cottage on or before the time we have promised you. The cottage is a ready to move in living place inclusive of everything! We hand over the keys to you, you get to open the doors, and start living!
Now if your cottage is your second home, and you do not wish to stay regularly, we can manage it for you and also run it as a boutiyue hotel or guest house. This helps your place to be maintained well and also ear you some passive income!
